Sometimes life begins to feel heavy, disconnected, or out of alignment.
You might feel stuck in repeating patterns, disconnected from yourself, emotionally overwhelmed, uncertain of your next step, or simply aware that something within you is asking for attention.
You do not need to have all the answers before reaching out.
Through Breathwork, Human Design, and nervous system informed practices, I support people in reconnecting with themselves in a way that moves beyond simply understanding the mind. Together we create space to explore what is beneath the surface and bring awareness to what may be keeping you from living with greater clarity, connection, and authenticity.
At the heart of my work is helping people remember who they are beneath the conditioning, survival patterns, and expectations that can slowly pull us away from ourselves.
How I work:
Many of the patterns we carry were created to protect us.
Our nervous system naturally seeks familiarity, even when those familiar patterns no longer support who we are becoming. This can show up in our relationships, emotions, self talk, decision making, and the ways we move through life.
Rather than forcing change, I believe in creating enough safety for change to happen naturally.
Breathwork offers a way of moving beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body. Human Design offers a map to better understand your natural way of operating and where conditioning may have influenced you.
Together, these modalities create space to observe old patterns with curiosity and compassion while supporting a more connected relationship with yourself.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to who you have always been.

My Approach
My work has been shaped through both professional training and lived experience.
My own journey began through a desire to better understand myself and the patterns that were keeping me feeling disconnected from who I truly was. What started as seeking support gradually evolved into a deeper exploration of the nervous system, emotional wellbeing, Breathwork, and Human Design.
I have trained in Breathwork facilitation, and continue to explore the relationship between the body, emotions, and the ways we are naturally designed to move through life.
I bring a nervous system-informed approach to my sessions, integrating practical tools with a compassionate and grounded space for self-exploration.
More than anything, I believe transformation happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, become curious, and reconnect with ourselves beneath the conditioning and stories we have carried.
I do not see my role as fixing people.
I see it as walking alongside others as they reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been forgotten, hidden, or buried beneath life's experiences.
